Do you accept returns?
Yes, we will accept items returned in their original, unused condition for a refund only within 15 days of delivery. Customers will be responsible on all shipping fees (or Gift wrapping fees if applicable) regarding their product. There will be an additional 10% restocking fee on items returned for refund (this 10% is a non refundable fee that is charged by credit companies to us when the customers card is charged).
Any item returned without a Return Authorization (RA) will not be accepted. The RA request should be made by email at: [email protected].

How long does it take to process an order?
Orders usually ship within 24 to 48 hours of order receipt. Except on weekends or holidays.
